I'm Brittany McGill; Jane of all trades! I was born in one of the most sought after wedding destinations in California- South Lake Tahoe. Growing up, my mother was always doing something in the wedding industry; whether she was making elaborate wedding cakes, doing hair and makeup, or making intricate invitations, I was always interested in the industry.

My love for hair and makeup began in high school when I started using my mother's tools to do my friends' nails or hair for any occasion. I would always use others' personal makeup on themselves for dances, proms, dates and just for practice. I attended Cosmetology school in 2013 to ontain my Nevada Cosmetology license, and have since obtained a California license as well.

I started working at a salon in Tahoe immediately following cosmetology school and stayed there for a few years. As the salon was in a top-notch wedding destination, at least 85% of my services were styles for either brides, bridal parties, or wedding attendees. I then worked for Ulta Beauty for a chapter, and at the same time got in as an artist with a high end "On-the-Go" beauty team. I ended up working as both an artist and the GM of the company until they closed their doors in October of 2019; in hindsight, a blessing in disguise (thank you Covid)...
